L.S. King, as a photographer, gravitates to subjects that have an historical context. She is a visual storyteller and modern Pictorialist.

Her work has been exhibited throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee. She received her BFA in Photography from Shepherd University (West Virginia) and her MA from Atlantic University (Virginia).
